Account Executive – Leading Advertising Agency – Central London – To £28k

Due to massive growth the agency is looking for an Account Executive ideally skilled in data and DM / CRM to join the agency’s growing Customer Engagement Team.
You will be working closely with a brilliant bunch of dedicated account handlers, creatives and strategists who engage, build and connect consumers with their fantastic client brands.
Despite its ad agency status this agency is properly integrated. Its work transcends the marketing mix - everything from social media or launch campaigns to DM and web build.

The Account Executive Role
Account Executives at the agency are the focal point of the account, supporting the account team in all aspects of their day-to-day role in servicing clients to ensure everything runs as smoothly possible.
You will be responsible for running the administration of the account - prepping meetings and wider research tasks, including monitoring competitor activity and reporting this back to both the agency team and clients.
You will be required to build and maintain good relationships with your day-to-day clients to gain their confidence quickly.
You need to be microscopic in the detail and provide dedicated support to the Account Manager’s and AD’s leading their piece of business.
You will be responsible for capturing key agreements, actions and next steps and compiling into contact reports following both internal and client meetings.
You will learn from and work with the Account Manager/Director to demonstrate outstanding creative judgement and, working with the planners and Creative department to ensure the highest standard of creative output possible.

- Clear and concise in all spoken and written communications both to the client and the internal team

Salary and benefits
The salary is up to £28k depending on experience and comes with a host of both hard and soft benefits.
